This morning our real estate agent called to talk to me about dropping our price for the house. I feel like it is such a big blow, when it's probably just what we need to do. What if we've wasted these first few weeks of it being on the market, because people are too scared to come in and put a lower offer on it? Sigh.
It's really hard to be patient some times.
